The starting point
On a shelf used by more than one adult, link the container to the actual powder and the intended person. Appearance, cap color and location cannot establish what is inside or how it should be prepared.
Understand the two openings first
The wide upper opening is for loading dry powder. The narrower lower opening is the outlet. Both have caps, so the same piece can hold powder between filling and transfer. The included clip is for carrying; it is not a measuring tool or evidence of a sealed connection to a bottle.
This sequence follows the supplied product layout. Begin with clean hands, a clean preparation surface and dry parts. Keep the receiving bottle and its lid within reach, and measure the powder separately according to its own directions.
Fill with the lower cap closed
- Check the bottom cap. Make sure it is fitted before opening the top. Place the container on a stable surface where you can support it.
- Open the wide top. Keep its cap on a clean surface, clear of spills and other powders.
- Add the measured powder. Transfer gradually through the wide opening. Keep powder away from the cap threads as far as practical.
- Check the closure space. The upper cap should close normally. If the powder prevents closure, remove some or choose larger storage rather than compressing it to fit.
- Close the top and check both caps. Wipe away loose powder around the outside before packing.

The supplied image illustrates the product’s filling arrangement; powder quantities shown are not calibrated portions.
Change from storage to pouring
Keep the upper cap fitted. Place the bottle upright on a stable surface. Before opening the lower cap, orient the container so the outlet is controlled and powder cannot fall onto the surrounding area. Remove the lower cap, bring the outlet over the checked bottle opening, and support the funnel throughout the transfer.
The supplied material illustrates placing the outlet at a bottle mouth, but it does not establish a universal screw connection. Use the fit checklist for your bottle. Do not assume that a container pictured near a bottle fits every neck size.
If powder stops moving, pause
Keep the receiving bottle upright. Check whether the outlet is blocked by a clump or the setup is tilted. Avoid pushing tools into a loaded outlet over the bottle or forcing the container deeper into the neck. If you need to adjust it, close the outlet when possible and move the setup back to a clean preparation area.
After transfer, close the bottle before shaking it according to its instructions. Refit the funnel’s caps and set it aside for cleaning and drying. Do not return residue from a used or damp container to the original powder supply. This storage accessory’s job ends with the transfer; the scoop-and-shaker comparison explains the other tools.
